  Burnout and Factors Associated Among Healthcare Staff of the Ouahigouya University Hospital Centre (Chur-Ohg) Burkina Faso

  Introduction: Burnout represents a topical psychosocial risk because of its prevalence and the grey area around it. Hospital workers constitute an exposed population. The objective of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of burnout and factors associated among healthcare workers of CHUR-OHG. Method: It was a descriptive cross sectional study for analytical purposes, with prospective data collection, which took place from July 1 to September 30, 2020. The sampling was voluntary non-probability. Data analysis was done by Stata 15.
