Commentary

Individuals’ health at work is referred to as “workplace health”. Workplace health and safety, often known as occupational health and safety, refers to the hazards to everyone’s health and safety in the workplace. As a result, it is critical to create a safe working environment. It not only keeps workers safe, but it also improves productivity. In general, some of the advantages of workplace health and safety include employee safety, increased site production, and a lower risk of being harmed at work.

As a result, as soon as a work environment is established, a safe boundary must be established. In addition, certain countries have specific rules governing the safety and health of workers. Management, in particular, is responsible for keeping a safe and secure workplace, well-organized machinery and goods, monitoring the handling of machinery while working, guiding and training personnel, and ensuring the workers’ health.
